Marina Tower
Beirut, Lebanon
The brief
A waterfront plot on the Beirut marina, and the question of what a tall building owes the city around it.
The move
A slender tower set back from the water, and in front of it a public park that reaches the marina. The tower pays for the park, and the park gives the tower its address.
Scope
A concept sketch by Pierre Zebouni. Beirut, Lebanon.
